Mike is awesome. He definitely pushes you to work hard which I like, I don’t like these soft weak men people are creating nowadays. Mike pushes you without being a negative. He knows what he’s talking about at wants you to be your best. He’s a skilled boxer with pro athletes training in his gym. He also encourages my son to do better in school and how to treat people with respect. As a single father it’s nice to have your son around other real men who are good examples. Highly recommended.

We came from NC to visit family for a week; I called to see if I could get my 11yr old son in to continue to train while we were visiting. Coach Knowling got him right in. This is awesome gym with expert knowledge, encouragement, & love. We felt right at home! We were blessed to find Coach Knowling and his gym. It will definitely be our go to when we visit. Thank you!
