I brought my 12yo to check the place out. Staff and students are polite and welcoming. Coach Mike is very good at teaching technique and working your kid out hard! I highly recommend.

By far the best martial arts gym in the area for all levels and ages. Truly a great atmosphere and energy to be in. A team of individuals trying to help everyone grow. If you’re looking to compete the head coaches have many years of knowledge with a strong lineage. If you just wanna see what it’s like you’ll fall in love with it. I promise you won’t regret stopping in. The Fightzone social media is also extremely responsive if you have any questions .

Gus is an awesome trainer! I’ve never tried anything like this before and he makes it so much fun. He has a great attitude and can teach anyone from true beginners to pro athletes.

Been going there for 2 months for their cardio boxing class and I haven't been in this good of a shape since high school! Mike, Gus and Nick always mix things up so it's not the same routine, which is great.

Great atmosphere. Very welcoming people. They offer a cardio class that will make you rethink pilates and have an excellent kids program. The 2 brothers running this place have a passion for teaching correctly and safely. Not only is it a great place to work out physically but it brings sense of mental accomplishment as well.

Make sure if you sign up and then decide to cancel that you check your credit card to make sure their charges stop. My daughter and I share a credit card and I didn't know that she had cancelled. they kept charging the credit card and once we discovered the error, the staff didn't know if they could refund our money. It took weeks to finally talked to the owners who would only refund two months, when we were charged for 11 months after cancelling, at $275/month. Poor business practice if you ask me.

They are the only gym that offers the BJJ + boxing/kickboxing + fitness combination of classes. Plus the 2 brothers that run it are friendly, along with the students. I always leave sore. They mix up letting beginners practice technique with actual sparring which keeps it always fun. Also as a student, they're willing to negotiate pricing to accommodate my tight scheduled (buying classes instead of a month).

I've been a member for 3 months... Both instructors are extremely skilled and encouraging and helpful..Very family oriented environment. Not only is there classes a great workout but they make it fun too
