This gym is amazing. I came here on vacation, and this gym is better than my schools multi million dollar workout facility. They have all of the equipment, machines, and accessories you could ever need for any style workout. I am using a powerlifting style program and i was able to do the big 3, heavy, with no problems, the staff is very nice and you could t ask for more in a gym.

All equipment is up to date... personnel are friendly and attentive to customers’ needs. They listen and the the gym is never too busy to get a workout in. Owner knows the equipment and help is always available. Never had to wait to work out, though sometimes I move from one machine to another. Plenty of mats and floor space, free weights and aerobic equipment. Owner Tiffany is bright and energetic and her staff is awesome and friendly. TV’s play but not too loud, and I love the quality of patrons I meet there and visit with. A very comfortable place to get your regular workout in and meet some friendly folks from all over the island and across the U.S. Eastern Seaboard and Midwest. I’m a Snowbird and love it. Keep up the great ambiance and atmosphere Tiffany. You’re doing a remarkable job for all of us. Your price is fair and competitive. Keep up the good work.

I would recommend Hammerhead to anyone looking for a local non franchise gym. While in the area on vacation I purchased a weeks pass for me and my son and was very pleased with my experience. The gym is very clean, equipment all in great working order and staff has been very friendly. I wish I could find more gyms like this at home and when traveling.
