Just went to my first hot yoga class and absolutely loved it. Focused on adding stretching to my workout routine and love the heat element and virtual coach combo. Highly recommend giving HOTWORX a try…Sierra’s also great she will get you set up!!

I love HOTWORX in Cape Coral! I have been hooked since day one. The variety of workouts & ease of scheduling is awesome. I love that I can get a quick workout in if I don't have a ton of time. I feel amazing & I can tell a positive difference in my skin. If you are on the fence about trying...take the leap.

HOTWORX is the best gym in Cape Coral! The owners and staff are super friendly and supportive! The gym is clean and open 24 hours, so you can workout at your own convenience. The workouts are amazing: short and effective! I have never wanted to workout more than I do now. I absolutely love HOTWORX and am so happy to have them in our community!

HOTWORKS is the new workout spot! Jessica and Sierra are 2 awesome people ! They encourage everyone to experience HOTWORXThey are very passionate about the 3D Training….and all the benefits that your body will receive. I wanted to try the infrared sauna. HOTWORX brochure lists 12+ results and benefits. But I found an AMAZING benefit! I’ve had sleep issues for years, and for the past few years I suffered with insomnia. After the first week, my insomnia has disappeared! I’m still in shock!HOTWORKS is located on DelPrado next to SuEllens Floral shop! I’m so grateful that I found a great place to work out with so many benefits!!

Consistently been going since they opened! A great workout sometimes I go twice a day. I’ve always struggled with consistency until Hotworx. But here you can do something new everyday! Try it out if you aren’t sure, your first workout is free!
