If you are looking for a CrossFit-Boot Camp hybrid, this is the place for you. The environment is full of people who are ready to “go get it“ and encourages others to do the same. All the trainers are very knowledgeable in human physiology and anatomy, which makes them all adept at offering advice, work out modifications, and guidance through the workouts.As a new person walking in, I was intimidated at first by all the lifting and high energy. However, members were really kind and helped point the way. If you are new here, do not be shy to speak up! Someone will point you in the right direction and help you get started. Overall, great experience and great workouts! Feeling strong day by day!

Dropped in Saturday morning and had a fantastic experience. Jonas immediately made me feel like I was at my home box. So happy they had an early morning Wod on Saturday I could hit prior to flying home. Huge gym with tons of options

Hands down the best and most prestige gym in all of South West Florida. The owner Seth is a very knowledgeable trainer and really takes care of his establishment as well as everyone who works there or trains there. Nothing like it in town.

Today marked by third visit to IronDNA and I have found it to be an awesome gym. Ian and Jonas are exceptional trainers and are very thorough in their preparation and execution of the workouts. The gym is well equipped and well maintained. Overall, a great workout experience.
