I've been going this gym since 2022. Since then, I have lost 30 lbs about 20 inches. The most important part of my journey, I was diabetic and had been on insulin for about 10 years. I am no longer on any meds, have plenty of energy, and am sleeping so much better! My Endocrinologist informed me that, I no longer need to follow up with her. I have been to many jyms, nothing like P-FIT. Their coaches are so dedicated to our success. They are an inspiration. I am so proud of my self, never thought I would be able to do the things, I do today! I doubt myself sometimes and they believe and encourage me to push myself. I made the correct decision when i choose P-FIT! I definitely recommend it!!

I have been at P-Fit for almost two years. Besides losing weight, inches, and getting stronger, I'm getting SMARTER! I'm learning what works for me and what doesn't. This includes nutrition, workouts, habits, and even what shoes work best for me! Our coaches are invested in each of us individually and it shows in our progress! And we have a TON of fun!!!

Been with PFit for over two years now and in the best shape as I get older. The coaches are knowledgeable, make workouts fun and hard, and are always willing to modify a workout or exercise that better suits you. When I started at P-Fit in 2020, I was out of shape and hated the thought of going to the gym. The trainers motivate and encourage you to be a better version of yourself. I’m not where I want to be, but this gym is getting me there

I have been to many gyms in my 58 years. Most of them I have joined and never went. 2 years ago I took a chance and joined on a 21 day program. I figured what do I have to lose. I was scared and intimidated at first. Made all my excuses as to why I couldn't do it. I'm too old, I'm too out of shape. I have too many old injuries. Well I was so wrong, I found a gym that was SO much more than a gym. It ended up being a family. The friends I have made, that I love working out with. We have fun and we support and push each other to be better. We have amazing coaches that make the workouts challenging and fun and they are great to help motivate us or help with modifications if needed. I am still far from my goals, but I know with PFit I can get there. Give it a try and you will love it.
