If i give this place a 0 star i would! i went to this place for the first time giving it a try, i was really looking forward to it. I had a time for 3pm which i scheduled, when i arrived a male employee that seemed on drugs said that i had to come back in an hour since i was there 2:30. I was confused because i would think i need to back in 30 minutes not an hour, but he said that the trainer usually comes late so i said okay and i arrived 3:30 as he asked. as soon as i got there exactly 3:30 on the dot the manager stood there next to him and said that i was 30 minutes too late. and once i said this "man" asked for me to come back in an hour. he stayed quite while the manager spoke and said that i cant go in.

Hi everybody! The coaches at this studio are great, but unfortunately I cannot recommend this location because their management is awful. They messed up my account and it’s affecting me financially.I had signed up at a corporate discounted rate, but they had been charging me full price. I had brought it up to the front desk staff for months but it never got fixed. Then I finally called and asked for a manager, and she assured me that I’d receive a refund for the difference. Instead of just refunding the amount that they owed me, they refunded me all of the months of my membership since the start and charged my debit card all of those months at the discounted rate. Well, the money came out of my bank account but the credit hasn’t hit my account yet, so now I’m broke. I called my bank as soon as I noticed the multiple charges and figured that there should be a credit that will be applied soon, but my bank doesn’t see any credits. I panicked and called OTF and requested to talk to management because they’re holding up my money. The only solution that the studio manager had was for me to wait 3 to 5 business days to see if the credit hits my bank account. I have bills due and I need access to my funds. I don’t think that it’s fair that they charged me that significant amount without giving me a courtesy call first. My contract states that they’re entitled to deducting $109.00 on the 1st of each month. I never gave permission for them to charge more unexpectedly. Unfortunately, the studio manager had no further solutions for me. She said that the administration team handles the finances, but when I asked to speak with them, she said that she’ll pass along the request but can’t guarantee a call back. I’m so upset by this.

Hands down the best choice I’ve ever made.

My first OrangeTheory experience was good: I liked the treadmill and rowing components; was not super excited to begin on the floor exercises as there is no warm up component to the workout (and I have not worked out in a gym for a long time). While there were a range of ages in my class (20's to 70's), at 56 years old, the last thing I want to do is injure myself. The music is loud, which would make it a difficult environment for anyone with hearing issues or sensitivities. I signed up for 2x per week, which I'll try for a month or two. In the long run, I would love the option to work one-on-one with a trainer and to customize my workout. For now, I'll do my best to participate in the proscribed OT workout.

Coaches are amazing!

I have enjoyed the workouts since 2015 however there is no customer service beyond the front desk employees. I have called the corporate office in Boca Raton and emailed member services with no reply to my concerns of member treatment by front desk employees.

Great workout!! Best workout I’ve ever had in 55 mins. Consistently burning 500-600 calories in only 55 mins.

I love the OT fitness workouts and the staff. If you love high energy and intensity in a workout, you will love this place.
