Training here has been a terrific experience. I work with coach Chad and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Coming to back in motion I was able to lower my cholesterol and get more energy throughout the day. At 73 years old I was able to deadlift 100 lbs and get lots of compliments.

Dr. Scott Gray, DPT, Brandon (personal trainer), Ashley, and the whole team have helped me regain my strength and aerobic capacity and recover more fully from a bad bicycling injury that left me with muscle imbalances I didn't even know about. The care is personal, individualized, holistic, and unique. Definitely not your average PT office! I cannot recommend them more highly!

I had joint pain in so many areas of my body and now I’m lifting heavy weights! Never thought I’d be back to normal like this. Physical therapists: Dr. Scott and Dr. James did an amazing job addressing the root cause of my issues and fixed them. Because of the chronic condition I had (Lyme disease), it felt impossible to find a team to properly treat me for long term success, but I found it here. James and Scott were great communicators and kept everything positive the whole time. They kept it real with me and even taught me how to push past my mental barriers that were holding me back. Amazing people and I highly recommend.Now I just see the personal trainers Chad and Brandon. Again, both amazing people that have changed my life and got me in shape. Best trainers I’ve been to.Altogether, back in motion has changed my life. They are very professional and genuinely communicate with you. 10/10 recommend

My son who is a fitness fanatic, actually found this particular Back in Motion facility for me and recommended that I call Chad to set up an introductory workout. That initial session led to my signing up for a 6 month program. My goals? To be stronger, fitter and more toned. So far it’s been great working with both Chad and Brandon. They know how to tailor each workout to assist me in attaining my goals. They also focus on form and your heart rate etc. to ensure that your body is not at risk. I don’t like working out but I look forward to each and every session at Back in Motion. They have also been able to accommodate any schedule changes that I need because life happens! I recommend this location wholeheartedly! They are awesome!

I highly recommend Coach Chad at BIM Fitness as a personal trainer.I started his program after finishing BIM SSP for back and shoulder physical therapy with Dr. Andrew Kupper (I highly recommend him for PT).Coach Chad tailored my training to meet my goals and PT conditions, plus created a home exercise schedule for me so that I can maintain my progress and momentum throughout the week.After just the first few sessions my strength and flexibility noticeably improved. They are continuing to improve each week, and I also have quite a bit more energy.Coach Chad is very easy to work with and very encouraging, all the while able to assess and change up the exercises to keep me at a good challenge. Because of him I am able to stick to a regimen that benefits my health and fits my busy schedule.I initially signed up for introductory sessions after a webinar presented by Ashley Gray, and have opted to continue my training with Coach Chad.

I have been coming to Back in Motion for about 8 months for both physical therapy and general personal training. My knee and hip pain have disappeared and my strength continues to improve with each workout.I would highly recommend Back in Motion to anyone looking for pain relief or just plain physical conditioning. I started a month ago with coach Ashley for fitness training and it has been a great experience. She has great communication and helps me through every exercise. She has helped me with my strength and has helped me started losing weight. Everyone at back in motion is very nice and very professional. This is a great atmosphere to be in while training it’s always a fun experience every time I come even though I am training coach Ashley is making everything a great experience. And she has helped me immensely and I very much recommend coming to back in motion not only for fitness training but many other things as well.

Back In Motion has been a great experience for me to achieve my ideal health. They offer personal training and group training that is specific to all of your health needs unlike other gyms. The other great thing is that all their trainers have a bachelors degree and have high level certifications. Thus, you know that you are going to be in good hands and not get hurt. I can’t recommend back in motion enough. Although they’re more expensive than other trainers, you get what you pay for! If you’re serious about your health and results I’d call them today about their personal trading in Fort Myers.

My two sons have been coming to Back in Motion for sports performance training for the past few months and it has a tremendous improvement. Dr. Gray is amazing, he helped them recover from past injuries and has helped them improve on endurance and strength. Its wonderful for young athletes. The staff is alway friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend them!!!
