Since Smash bought the previous gym, they have brought in some new equipment that is really nice. They have a new and modern glute machine now and a nice modern squat machine that is great for protecting a lifters back.They recently swapped out a lot of their dumbbells. The layout is great and a remnant from the prior Owners.

I recently switched my membership to Smash. I-FOUND-MY-GYM!!!! This place is awesome!!! Tons of equipment with a friendly staff and equally nice members! My workouts are enjoyable again thanks to SMASH!

Great variety of equipment. The interior design and color scheme needs an update. But the gym is very clean, staff was friendly. Will definitely be coming back! Very positive experience

Great gym, great owners, great workouts. Gym is kept clean and organized, ran by some very kind people that treat costumers with respect. Even got an opportunity to work here for a semester during my undergrad. Would recommend as one of the best gyms in the Cape.

Health and Strength has all the equipment you’ll need to reach your fitness goals whether you’re just starting out or have been working out for years. The staff are very friendly and professional. They are always willing to help and answer any questions. This gym maintains very clean throughout the whole day (again, thanks to the staff) and regular members are respectful. This is the type of gym you can bring the whole family to.

Outstanding gym with a huge selection of machines from Hammer Strength, Nautilus, Icarian, Hoist and others. They have way more equipment than shown on the website. Great, very friendly owners and staff, clean lockers, awesome but not too loud classic rock music. Attractive pricing for people from out of town and for those on vacation. This gym is a must visit for bodybuilders.
