The Little Gym of Fort Myers

Really great for getting the kids some fun and exercise. A little pricey but my son loves going.

The classes were fun and I was clear when signing up that as his grandma he would not be going after July. He missed two classes because he had a runny nose and then she cancelled his class because of training for her staff. When I asked about make up classes I was told I would have to continue with a monthly fee because you could not make up classes if you weren’t a current member. Even the one was the owner had cancelled herself

Such a wonderful gym and The BEST staff and Coaches! Great place for a birthday party as well!

My daughter loves this gym. It is super fun for active children.

I enjoyed our time at the little gym when we were able to attend classes, but due to unforeseen circumstances deaths in our family, traveling up north to be with family and sickness ourselves, my family was not able to continue with classes and missed January until April. I spoke with Jordan about this issue and she said there is nothing that they could do about the classes that we missed other than the two or three from when I was able to call to cancel but she was not able to give any refund. Today is April 7th and she offered I can switch my daughters class to a day that works on Sunday mornings for April and cancel for March. I politely asked just for a refund for April as I have worked in customer service for 10 years and although she was very polite about it the true compassion for our situation was not there but what was there is the corporate mentality to keep the money and move forward. I thought The Little Gym was a place that cares about their students, but month after month they charged my card knowing that we were not in attendance without any follow ups as long as they got the money for classes. Although my daughter enjoyed our classes, I would not recommend this business as keeping my money for services not rendered is more important than keeping the relationship for my daughter as I just wanted a solution. $400 is a lot of money to just lose for not having any services given back. I thought when we first came to this gym the atmosphere was very customer based and friendly but now I see it is only about corporate mentality. It’s sad we were not able to work out a solution that was fair.

We have been going to the little gym for over two years. It’s absolutely amazing! It has helped our kids build so many skills. They both look forward to going every week. The staff is so amazing and make it’s a wonderful experience for everyone!!
