Great place to get your sweat on, has numerous classes, pool, aquaticaerobics, spinning, massages, sauna, yoga, Pilates. And it's a reasonable cost considering all that is offered. And it opens at 5am-9pm Monday - Friday, 7am -5pm Saturday and Sunday.

Very robust establishment offering wide variety of wellness services. Staff here is tremendous, very helpful, educational, accessible. Plenty of parking and easy to access just behind Cape Coral Hospital. Beehive of activities here. Take a tour.

The gym is nice and clean rather small and it seems to me like this would be the place if your disable to go to so you won't be body shamed like a traditional gym. On the 2 different locations I went here I saw someone Spraying down the saunawith a chlorine mixture which is the proper way to clean it this is good because what saunas typically have to be cleaned properly in order to not getindividual sick. The price is a little expensive for this Gen. $34 a month is what I was quoted and there was no wavering from that price.
