It has been many years since I was a member...back when it was the Wellness Center. The entire staff was welcoming and extremely helpful. I had a personal trainer who taught me well. I have carried her training with me all these years as I have created a home gym system based on what I learned at WellWay aka the Wellness Center. One of these days I have to make a point to visit. Great memories and great results. Thank you.David J.

Just got off the phone with someone about swimming lessons for my children. I don’t know what her problem was but her tone on the phone was very rude and condescending. I don’t have much experience with formal swimming lessons and I was referred to her for advice, and honesty, I am regretting calling her.If this is how they treat customers I might sign my children up somewhere else. I would hate to have to encounter any more of that rudeness in person.

ever since this gym got sold, it has dropped down hill fast. I been a member for 3+ years and never had a complaint, however, it has gotten bad. I will be paying 1/3 of the price at Anytime Fitness.

All the employees left as this gym as it got bought out. What a nightmare this has been for members. Now, it seems like this place should be called LA Fitness instead. The quality of people who work there has dropped. Horrible job by the hospital selling this gym to people who do not care about its members.

My experience there is with a physical therapist in the pool for easy exercises with a painful body. I find this to be very helpful and the therapists to help me are very good at what they do. I’m finding this therapy. Very pleasant and refreshing. It’s a nice environment and helpful for my joints. I’m so glad I had this opportunity to do the pool exercise for my better health.
