Excellent trainers and small group sessions. They communicate well, are organized and punctual. They push you for results with a smile. I recommend F45, but be ready to work!

F45 Bressi Ranch is exactly the community I was looking for when I set out to add strength/resistance training to my regimen! I always leave feeling like the coaches helped push me to do my best for the day and also had a ton of fun thanks to everyone there!

The best dynamic workouts I’ve ever done. You’ll never get bored and you can constantly challenge yourself. The coaches are awesome and there’s great camaraderie amongst the members.

This place shreds! Love coming here, love the instructors and people who I've met, and I can't believe I didn't start sooner. 45-minute workout and I'm done for the day. I feel great, I've been sleeping better, and I'm addicted to this feeling. This community is amazing!

The trainers are amazing. Ever since my first class they have been extremely welcoming and encouraging. Definitely recommend to try this studio out and just know you will most likely want to come back!!!!!!

This studio is so clean. Classes are full of energy and bumping music. 45 minutes goes by so quick. Being so sweaty never felt so good. This is a must try for anyone. The Trainers can accommodate any physical issues you come in with. Beginners to Athletes.
