Dave is a true professional, and has helped me so much physically & mentally in only 6 sessions! He is very knowledgeable and practical, which is the best of both worlds for someone like me who has herniated discs, but still wants to live as active of a life as I can. The first time I went to Dave I was at a low point with my injury, but after seeing quick progress with my hinge and ability to lift weights, it gave me a second wind! Before seeing Dave I had built up mental blocks in my head that prevented me from driving often or seeing friends. Dave was a voice of reason and helped me move past those blocks. I would 100% recommend him to anyone!!

I’ve had great experiences with Dave as a physical therapist as well as a strength and performance coach. He is someone I’ll always keep in my network of coaches and therapists to refer clients to.

Dave did a great job of understanding the root cause of my issues and targeting areas while still keeping me able to continue doing the activities I loved doing. He has a great understanding of the body and how it moves and works and can explain the what and why in a way that is easy to understand and, to top it off, he couldn't be a friendlier guy.

Dr. Dave has been a huge mentor for me and someone i look up to most as a future physical therapist. Its tough to find PTs that actually practice what they preach, but i can guarantee dave will get to your fitness and rehab goals because he has the experience and is always expanding his knowledge! Also his workouts are super fun and challenging. Go see this man to optimize your movement potential

Hands down the best PT experience I have ever had, and as an ultrarunner I’ve had a lot! Dave is patient, takes his time to listen to you and then equips you with the tools you need both to recover and prevent reoccurrence of the issues. I had been dealing with a reoccurring running injury for a couple of years before coming to IOS&P. Since I’ve worked with Dave, I can happily say that I am able to stay on top of it and prevent it from reoccurring. I HIGHLY recommend Inside Out Strength and Performance to all athletes or anyone needing PT!

Dave is awesome. He takes the time to understand how you train, what your goals are, and how he can help you meet them. I have done both physical therapy for an injury and personal training with him and had great experiences in both. He is knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and the results speak for themselves. I would highly recommend inside out strength to anyone looking for personal training or physical therapy.

Dave is one of the most knowledgeable PTs I’ve ever worked with and at my age I’ve worked with quite a few! He gave me some exercises to do at home and I saw a huge improvement in my mobility. This has allowed me to have my shoulder in better positions and I’ve not had any trouble with the bone spur and bicep tear that were a major injury last year. He really knows his stuff. Would recommend to anyone. Follow him on the gram too, his content is spot on!!

Dave has been my trainer for the last few months and I am LOVING IT! He gives me focused and individual training, caters the training to my personal goals, and most importantly he genuinely cares about my well-being. He has been accommodating with my crazy schedule and if i have questions he makes himself available to answer them. I am much stronger in the short few months we have been working together and he is helping me get rid of my persistent shoulder pain. Check him out and you will be glad you did!

After years of just treating symptoms of various problems caused regularly by training, I decided to give Dave a try. I had a problem with my right shoulder during pulling and pushing movements and holding a front rack position with the barbell. So rather than treat the symptom like going to an ART/Graston/Chiropractic specialist (these people are still useful by the way), I decided to do preventative maintenance this time under the watchful eye of Dave. He was able to pick apart and diagnose how my body naturally compensated for partial range of motion movements that I could not pickup on my own. Dave ran a battery of tests and ask questions to filter out regular soreness due to workouts/training vs soreness from compensating. He prescribed some homework in easy to follow steps and even offered to record video on how to do them correctly so that I have a movement standard to follow. After just 7 days of doing my homework twice a day, my right shoulder reverted back to its natural position.
