It's very challenging, the coaches are very engaging and aware of all participants. I like the fact that the coaches come by and help with your form or encourage you to push harder. I also like the different variations of workouts available. I always feel like I'm doing a "new" move.

"Fantastic staff. Awesome coaches. Absolutely amazing workout!"This is what I wrote back in 2019. Then Covid hit and I took a hiatus from OTF. Returned last October (2022), and just need to reiterate what a great team they have there at OTF Carlsbad. Special kudos to coaches Kiki, Sarah, Sydney, and Chris, as well as Annie, Michelle and the entire support staff. Great team...great workout. Jonathan (JB)

I love OTF… I’ve tried every workout 🏋️♀️ program out there. OTF is the 1st program I have stuck to because it’s FUN & I get results. I love how the Staff welcomes you by name and are so friendly. The Trainiers are so good and supportive and I look forward to going 3-4 times a week. I’ve been a Founding member since OTF began in Carlsbad- and I feel part of OTF Community ❤️

I always enjoy visiting this location when I’m in town. The coaches are excellent. Check in is easy. Morning classes are usually full except for Friday.Larger studio in terms of layout. Clean and well maintained. Still haven’t upgraded to the new treads but I’m sure it’s because of the lingering COVID supply chain challenges. Parking is plentiful.

Great coaches, great facility, great energy, great workout! When I turned 65 I was looking for a way to keep in shape that was low impact and high-energy. I found exactly that at Orangetheory. The coaches keep you motivated, the equipment is phenomenal and you're with a group of motivated people of all ages. Orangetheory has exceeded all my expectations! I'll continue to get in better shape and stay in better shape with OTF!

I was a OTF member in Orange County about 5 years ago. Recently moved to North County SD and wanted to give OTF a try again. Made a reservation to do a free class this morning. Was running a few minutes late, so I called to let them know. The girl on the phone informed me that I would be charged a $28 drop in few, since I was an old member and the free class was only for new members. I realize the free class promotion was for only new members, but come on, it’s been 5 YEARS! So I cancel the reservation and called the other Carlsbad in La Costa and they had no problem allowing to do the free class. Extreme poor customer service. Great job on losing out on a sale over a $28 fee. I’ll take my hard earned money elsewhere.
