OTF is phenomenal and here’s why:Knowledgeable trainersIt’s like a safer version of CrossFitIt’s mindless - Meaning they tell you what to do - you do it! you get it done, push yourself but you’re not walking around the gym thinking 🤔 “should I try that machine?” or “gosh I really don’t understand how that works or what did she say to do?” The coaches remind you, push you to keep going, check your form and don’t let you quit! I leave exhausted every class and confident that I left everything I had in that room (to include some of my sanity). It’s definitely worth going! Try a class now!!

I used to be a long distance triathlete and am a long distance or ultra trail runner - endurance comes easy to me and I have it in abundance BUT I do not have time to train for hours because I own a business and am very busy.OTF workouts are 1 hour long with high intensity intervals and include running, elliptical or cycling, weights, body weight exercises and rowing which just by itself engages 80+% of your muscles, so this is an extremely efficient, effective and time conserving way to get into the best shape you've ever been in while not wasting any time. Time during these workouts flies!What's more though is that you will have sooooo much fun doing this, have a coach by your side to help and it's a very positive, encouraging and supportive environment for everyone regardless of whether you have never worked out a day in your life or are an elite athlete. I love my OTF!

I love everything about OTF. You are doing it right. I am seeing results and I and motivated even though I am always a little sore. I still work through the pain but am cautious not to get injured. The positivity your team projects speaks volumes and there is never a feeling of being inadequate or judged by anyone in the class. We are all there to be our best and to encourage each other. I’m so thrilled I joined back in March and am happy to say I have gotten friends to sign up too. More power to them!

I LOVE that every workout is different while also getting the cheer-on support from the coaches! My body feels healthy and strong with OTF! Lastly, it’s a wonderful way to meet new people. That said, I’d like to see more out-of-studio get-togethers and outings. For example, one idea I’ve had is once a month offering a stretching class at the studio. It would be based on yoga but not yoga. Perhaps it could be a Sunday with mimosas after! I’m a certified yoga instructor that used to offer a stretching class for athletes.

Awesome gym. Clean professional, great equipment and best of all, the instructors are super motivating and helpful. I've been going for a month now and am very excited with the 5 pounds I've lost!!!

Love, love, love this place. I was intimidated at first, because this is a non-stop, action-packed workout. I was used to going to the gym and doing the treadmill for 30 minutes and calling it a day. But after a week or two, it was a no-brainer to cancel my other gym memberships and start at OTF. If you only have an hour to squeeze in a workout, this is the place. Every class I finish, I walk out feeling stronger. The heart monitors show you exactly how many calories you burn, which is usually a ton. It's a hard workout: so when it's over you feel like you have TIGER BLOOD in your veins. No joke! The trainers are excellent, the music is on-point, and the members are friendly.
