They need a class past noon on Saturdays and Sundays. Even if 1:30. The membership isn’t cheap and it’s worth it if you can also go on the weekend. Having the last class at 11:50 is not very optional over the whole weekend.

Awesome experience!! Very friendly team and supportive team experience!! Workouts are motivating and fun...even for someone as out of shape as I am right now at 52. I thought I would be intimidated going in, but my experience was positive and encouraging!!

First off I want to say that I love the workouts and instructors. On the other hand I struggle to make it to classes often because of the times offered. I work retail hours which include later nights and weekends. I was very disappointed when they cancelled the Tuesday and Thursday 10:50 class as sometimes the earlier classes are just a struggle to get to. Also not having a class past noon on weekends is frustrating as well. A mid afternoon class would be very helpfully considering we pay almost $200 per month. I want to stay with it but it has to be worth the $$.

I like the diversity and challenge of the workouts. I also like wearing the heart rate monitor that shows my progress as I’m working thru the sets to know if I’m at full optimum level of pushing myself. The friendly staff and coaches are genuinely supportive and I feel we’re a big family <3.

I am so happy I rejoined OTF. I loved it from the first workout I ever completed and was so sad when I had to temporarily cancel. I have really looked forward to coming back since. There is no other workout I have joined that gets my heart pumping, plus a great strength workout and torch as many calories as I do here! The coaches and workout itself keep you constantly engaged and moving which leaves no chance for your mind to start wandering and thinking about the To-Do list waiting for you after! ;)

Best whole body one hour workout I've ever done. Fast pace and solid science behind it that you can see.
