Very clean. Great staff. Facility’s equipment is maintained better than many local commercial gyms. Too many Fox News screens in the background some days, but other than that - great place.

I love their new facility since they expanded last year. Staff is friendly, and They finally have equipment that is modern and up to par with other training facilities.Honestly, I would easily pay $100-$200/yr more if they increased their hours (particularly Sundays which is a really annoying window of only 1pm-4pm), provided a towel service, and partnered with a company that provides trainers & classes on site for members Mon-Sat.
