Farmers Branch Community Recreation Center

I love this place. They hire great people for all the kids programming. The workout area is always clean and never very crowded and membership is very affordable for residents.

I work in farmers branch area and decided to participate in some classes at the recreation center. The recreation center blew me away I had not seen a recreation center so nice and so upscale before. The young people that work there are very nice and very welcoming.

Great place! Affordable never too overcrowded and clean. Would give it 5 stars because of the facility hours... closing @10 or 10:30 would be best for people who get out of work late.

The gym is a decent size. They have an indoor running track, two basketball courts, and plenty of cardio and other equipment to have a great workout. The only time you MIGHT have to wait for a piece of equipment is during peak hours. Emphasis on the word “MIGHT.” Free coffee before noon as well. Great vibes at this place!

Great recreation center! It the fitness area is a little small. We would benefit with having more workout machines and space in the gym area. Also the hours sometimes don’t work with everyone’s schedules. There is a couple of rec centers that close at 10:00pm or 10:30pm. That extra hour gives those people who work late time to go get a workout in. Those are the only improvements that would make this an amazing place. Everything is great. Most of the staff downstairs is friendly. The guy upstairs is always very helpful and talks and listens to everyone’s concerns regarding fitness material.

I enjoy the small gym feel here. It has all the basic workout gear and machines one needs. I also like that there is an indoor track. This is great when the weather is too hot or cold. Plus it's cheaper than places like LA Fitness or Lifetime.

I've only had my membership for a month, but all my experiences have been great. It's never too crowded, they've got a good mix of equipment and classes, AND they have $2 child care ($1 if you get a punch card). Way better than a gym membership and right here in my community!

Never over crowded...always clean clean clean!!!! I love working out here. This is a great place to get in a great workout with many choices in how to do so. The other gym members are pleasant and engaging. It is small but large enough to not be on top of one another.

Very clean, staff is friendly. A lot of amenities and classes. A lot better than where I'm from.

Beautiful rec center. Very clean. Great facilities and basketball courts.
