I have enjoyed my journey here so far. Completed 6 months and all the coaches have been really helpful and motivated to help me be a better crossfit athlete. The owner, Peter knows everyone by name and works out with members as well as coaches us. There has always been a sense of accomplishment after each workout. I love CrossFit Coordinate! The people I work out with are some of the friendliest Crossfitters I’ve ever met. Been coming here for over a year now after another box closed down and needed something close to home, I live in Apex but this is right next to me just across the border in Cary. I like how I can track my progress online and access the days workout from outside the gym. Since I work odd hours sometimes, I like the open gym feature so I can fit in a workout whenever I get the chance. I also enjoy the family friendly community events they hold. Love this local family-owned business, I’m so glad I found it.

In town visiting a friend and dropped into CrossFit Coordinate in Cary, NC for a few workouts. The people and the coaches are so nice and friendly. The workouts are great. The coach reviews each movement before the workout and provide modifications for all levels. I'll definitely be dropping in again when I'm in the area.

I have been a member of Crossfit Coordinate for ~2 months now and I could not recommend it enough. The family atmosphere that you feel from the coaches and other members is unmatched. Peter, the owner, really gets to know you on a personal level to understand your skill level & goals and does everything in his power to make you a better athlete.

CrossFit Coordinate was an excellent experience! The coaches were very beginner friendly and engaging, the facility was extremely clean, and the owner, Peter, took the time to ask me how everything was! If I lived in Cary, NC, this is the best gym to train at!

CrossFit Coordinate in Cary, NC is a clean, attractive, lwell-stocked gym. Owner and Coaches are knowledgeable, attentive and caring, always making sure everyone is working out safely. The environment is welcoming to all, from the fittest and strongest to the beginner athlete. The members truly care about each other and encourage each other. I’ve been here 7 years, and every year things get better and better!

Love CF Coordinate! Friendly and amazing coaches. Peter is the man and has created a great sense of community. I’ve been coming a little over 5 months now and feel very welcomed. CF Coordinate has been a huge part of my “healthier me” journey and I plan to stay for a while.

This gym is absolutely amazing and friendly and they treat you like family. Great workouts, Great Team players, Great Coaches. Everything here is just worth it. The coaches listen and guide you to what will be best for you and what you want. One of the most humble CrossFit gyms I have been too. Super motivational and they care! Amazing!
