I drive over 20 minutes just to ride at this studio! Every instructor is so amazing and play GREAT music ever time; I have a hard time picking which class to go to. If you’re looking to feel supported and welcome, leave feeling stronger, or just have a good time dancing on a bike, this is it. LOVE DAKOTA, KENDALL, KASEY, COURT, DANNI, KAITLYN, ABBEY!!!!!

Same issue as many others with respect to cancelling. My partner has sent them multiple emails, the first one in early July and I have called them to get to the “mailbox is full” message and we are still getting charged monthly for the subscription.Not sure why this business refuses to respond to emails or enable voicemails. Stressing your customers by not letting them cancel is silly.

I went to CycleBar for the first time today and took Courtney’s class! She was awesome and played awesome music which made the workout even more fun! Will definitely be going again!

You can only cancel your subscription in person. I have gone twice and given my information over a week. I am still being charged. I just got charged with a 25$ late fee. I have no idea what their problem is in canceling my subscription when I have followed their policy in canceling in person.

I had an amazing first cycle here! The customer service was incredible. The ride was so much fun with music and engagement from the instructor. The staff was warm and assessed my needs. Everyone took time to be sure I was comfortable. I can’t remember his name but there was someone at the front desk who encouraged me to try the place out and join their family-oriented community. Right now life is busy so I can’t commit but I do recommend this locale for anyone in the area.
