I signed up for a trial class (8:30 am) and was looking forward to it. I’m new to the area and have been cycling for 6 years (at home with Peloton & in spin studios with groups, I also worked at a spin studio in the past). I received a vague automated message via text overnight notifying me that the class was cancelled and “sorry for the inconvenience.” I figured someone from the studio would contact me to get me back in for the trial. No one has contacted me. It’s been 5 days.

Cyclebar Cary has been great. Omicron is crazy right now & businesses are dealing with the related staffing struggles. However the team has managed to keep their classes rolling at a very consistent, high quality level each day. Thanks CB for providing a positive atmosphere at a time when there's alot of negativity and gloom in the world.

Terrible billing practices. I canceled my membership because I was moving out of state. I gave 30 days notice and got a letter stating that I’d be billed one final time.Months later, I’m still being contacted and charged. I opened a dispute with my credit card company and got my money back. I showed my credit card documented proof of my cancellation. However, I’m still receiving calls and emails from CycleBar West Cary. Please, get it together and stop contacting me.
