Took a class with Sophia yesterday and oh WOW! Such a challenging class with endless burpees but I felt so good afterwards! Such a clean place. She was extremely vocal to keep up the energy in the studio while being sure all covid regulations were met, definitely felt safe in such a clean environment.

Excellent training staff and atmosphere. Everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive. The coaches were genuinely interested in my goals and how they could help me achieve them.

I started Orangetheory in March for my 32 birthday and I don’t think I can live without them! I crave going to the gym now. I’m running on the treadmill and I never thought that would ever happen but because of this team they have gotten me so much further than ever thought possible!! Don’t ever second guess yourself if you decide to join!!

I joined this OrangeTheory gym a little over a month ago and I love it! I started with 8 classes/month but quickly upgraded to the unlimited because the coaches are wonderful and the workout is truly something I look forward to.

Hands down, best workout experience I’ve ever had! The coaches are amazing and really push you to give the classes all of your energy. This has been the best stress relief I could have possibly found.

The staff at Orangetheory (Holly Springs), Olivia, Victoria, Amanda, Coach Trevor & Coach Sophia have always been great however they have made the transition back after being closed for 7 months as smooth as it could it go.I highly recommend any Orangetheory studio (and truly believe that if you give it an honest try 2-3 months of going 2-3 days a week) you will be hooked as much as I have become (in my 4th year now).

My wife and I love OTF HS! The staff have been so pleasant and welcoming since day 1. All of the coaches are amazing and so much fun. We joined over a year ago and we’re so glad they’ve been able to open back up. They are taking all of the right precautions to keep their members safe during COVID. Thank you OTF HS!

Update: So happy this place is open, and back to 1 hour workouts! Equipment is well placed and cleaned. Great procedures for switching to make surewe follow the 3 Ws. The best place for an effective workout during this pandemic!I love the feedback I get, both from the coaches and from the monitoring solution. It really helps me maximize my effort in session. The schedule was great in helping me build the habit of getting in the workout. The Holly Springs staff rocks! Everyone gets to know you by name, and makes you feel like you belong no matter what stage of the journey you are in. 40 lbs down, and looking forward to another 40 with OrangeTheory.

It started with 2 days a week classes and i am now a full time member at OTF :) OTF has helped me gain muscle strength,weight loss and has increased my stamina. Love the group vlasses which are motivating and hekp you to push harder. The coaches are well trained and professional. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to get back in shape and workout in regular basis.

The staff at OTF HS is amazing!! They're always warm, friendly and helpful. The classes are challenging and the format is always changing so you never get bored. The new class and cleaning protocols make me feel very comfortable returning to the studio and you can tell the staff truly has our best interests at heart.
