Everyone that works there made a pointe to acknowledge you and say hello. Everyone was super friendly and motivating. The work out was great. I like that there’s a constant pace to follow.

The workouts are intense but doable, always different and challenging. The staff is always lovely and there is a great sense of cameraderie in almost all the classes I've taken.

I've been to multiple OTF and this one has the best staff in the area. They do their best to get to know you and build relationships. I truly love this gym.

Stay away!!!!! They are like any other club that takes your money and participates in deceptive practices. I spent $400 for 3 classes that I could have had at any fitness club free or for $30 per month. I spoke to management numerous times, with no luck. I refuse to spend my time arguing about “bad service” from a gym that takes part in deceptive practices. I should have gone with my gut instinct on them…..but they are very friendly and will try and will convince you otherwise. Stay away!

The staff here are awesome. Everything is clean and we'll kept. The classes are fantastic as well. Just make sure you bring a towel and a jug of water because you will sweat. They do a good job of showing you modifications if you have any limitations. Best of all you get to see your progress in real time throughout the class

The employees at Orange Theory Fitness (OTF) are always helpful and happy to see people when you walk in and know me by name. The workouts are awesome and change everyday. It has pushed me harder each time and I am in the best shape then I have ever been.

This is a great concept to working out! It's fun and energetic without ever feeling bored. The lighting is great because it's orange. Everyone looks great in orange! You wear a heat reate monitor (provided or purchased) that connects to their system and the instructor will tell you when to push it up into the 'orange' zone at certain times, but your aim is to be green, mostly. I like that the classes are a set time that you schedule for. This way, you will feel compelled to keep your appointment. Plus, this keeps the classes from feeling crowded by only allowing so many people per class. Oh this part was important to me - the place didn't smell gross like other places I've tried. They keep the room really cool and there are fans in the treadmills for extra wind on you if needed. They have you wipe down the equipment after you are done with each station (3 stations). The workouts are different each time you visit too. There are showers and lockers there too if needed. The downside for me was there was no daycare. They have great hours that I could possibly work around but I like having that option of a daycare to give my husband a break too. Try a free class. It was really fun.

This is the BEST experience I've ever had with a fitness class. Orangetheory is fantastic in general, but the staff at the Holly Springs studio is phenomenal. Their coaches are so motivating, especially Ginger! The sales staff is exceptional as well. Super helpful and just wonderful!!
