This location has no regard for their customers safety. I had a guy walk in on me in the shower and when I went to the desk to complain they refused to take any action against the creep. The guy was unapologetical about his behavior and the staff just shrugged it off

I've been a member of Planet Fitness since 2017 and have sadly decided to terminate my membership. I recently moved to Cary about a year ago and my experience has been consistently bad with staff being rude. There also seems to be some weird body shaming stuff going on here. My boyfriend has been told he isn't allowed to be in a shirt without sleeves, yet there are always women in sports bras with no shirts? Not sure what's going on with that, but if you can't be sleeveless in a gym in NC where it's sweltering, there's something off. I'm also not sure if it's just the men being told not to wear sleeves, but that seems to be the case. Personally, Im not sure telling people they are intimidating others by wearing something sleeveless is appropriate or rational, but here we are. Anyways, either go to the Six Forks location or try a different gym altogether! There are plenty in the area who don't care if you wear regular gym clothes and have kind people working.

Very clean gym, good equipment. However, the staff allows members to sit on equipment and stare at their phones. Ties up machines and is very rude to those of us there to actually work out. I have complained several times to mgmt, to no avail. There should be signage advising the machines are for exercise, not resting and checking TikTok.

Decent facility. Front desk receptionist CJ signed me in with a smile even at 9pm!Has lockers, showers, standard PF gym equipment. Sinks were a bit iffy and bathroom trash/stalls could use checking though.

There is way too many people for the size of the place and equipment available. Expand or do something. You won't get new people to sign up if you don't do something about this.

The guy working the desk didn’t great me or anyone for that matter. He was on his phone and barely look up at me coming and going. This was my first time visiting this facility and I hate to say it will be my last.

This location is HUGE! This reminds me of the Knightdale location but even bigger. I love this because I went for the first time a week or so ago and though the gym was busy (unusually busy for a morning session) it was not difficult to get in a workout.The showers are incredibly clean and smell great too. I enjoy this location and if I lived closer, I would gladly make it my primary.Highly recommended.

This is by far the best Planet Fitness I've been to. The staff are professional and courteous and the members all seem to be respectful of others. I'm sure to location has a lot to do with the type of members. Great location!

cheap, 24/7, lots of machines. Love the crowd meter on the app. Wish there was another cable machine (for chest) as it is always busy.
