Very clean! Evening staff was super friendly. Equipment and tanning beds are up to date and well maintained.

Gym is clean and in good condition but very crowded anytime we’ve tried it. The last time there multiple people dropping weights very loud and obnoxiously. Not impressed and my least choice around Raleigh!

Don't believe the reviewers that say this place is clean. They're talking about at first glance. This gym is nasty beyond nasty. They don't require members to clean the machines behind themselves, so it's safe to say they spread COVID-19 and other viruses here. They're so afraid of confrontation, they don't enforce ANY of the rules. Their personal trainer is shaped like an egg, so that shows how much she works out. Save your money and go to LA fitness out anywhere else. They don't care at planet fitness.

I have joined a few gyms in my lifetime but Planet Fitness is the best. I was a member at Lifetime for a combined five years and although there is a lot there you pay dearly for it and hard to fit everything while working fulltime and raising a family. Planet Fitness is a perfect balance between price and available equipment, programs etc. Best decision I made.

The Caucasian worker was very rude to me and I did not like the way they profiled me when I walked in whether you know if I'm a planet fitness member or just someone and clown about to be a member you still treat everybody the same so therefore I did not like my experience at this particular planet fitness.

You know, people look down on Planet Fitness...as someone that isn't a gym rat, but has been to different gyms, I like this place. Women aren't walking around half-naked taking videos and people are friendly. Guys aren't grunting and trying to show off. Really everyone is there doing their own thing, which makes me more comfortable, personally.

It’s a little darkly lit but the machine maintenance is good. A bit small but there is a variety of machines. Staff could be friendlier. No greetings by the morning staff but the staff that came in later were better. The shower stalls are very large. The changing rooms are tiny.

This isn't the fanciest gym in the world. But it's affordable, close to my home, the staff are friendly, and the equipment is well maintained. My only wish is that they'd get a couple of rowing machines, but there's always plenty of treadmills, ellipicals, and the like. It's clean, the vibe is very friendly, and it's an all-around good value.

After I canceled my fitness 19 membership in February 2022, I was charged by Fitness 19 for another 2 months. Then I was continued to be charged by another company, Planet fitness, for another 6 months. Ridiculous!

Nice and clean facility, properly maintained equipment and friendly staff. The location is quite convenient. This facility is less crowded during early hours (around 6:00 AM).
