Good gym, not too busy. But no free weights. There is no bar in any planet fitness and because of that it's getting 3 star. Other than that amazing gym!

All I have to say is you get what you pay for. Staff are not invested in your fitness and health journey nor do they care bur are supposed to be certified trainers. A trainer took my class time instead of providing a session to talk about it and said they was going to create a plan that would outline what machine and excerises I need to do. 3 months later when I never received this pla I asked them.about the plan they offered to create for me it and they told me they would fo it when they had 'down time" which is funny because anytime I was there when they were there I saw them standing around talking and laughing. Being new to this I has no ideal what to do and had no plan or how to create a plan to target my goals. Luckily I found another gym which the trainers took time help.me create a plan, showed me which machines, and Gabe me a written plan.as a guide. A 10 dollar a month membership doesn't mean anything if you are not given the tools you need to.be successful especially since I've learned with the gym i am with now that i was using many of the machines incorrectly which was actually contributed yo my backpain which i ended going to see a DPT (doctor of physical therapy) about. I surpassed many of my fitness goals within a 3 month period while i didn't even reaach any of them within the 5 month membership I had with Plant fitness. No one took time when I specifically said to the trainets there i needed help to know what to do because I didn't know where to start. Maybe this is a good place for someone who already established and maintaining thier fitness but for someone who is starting out and have no ideal what the heck they are doing or what to do you're not going to get that assistance you need from a professional so you can be successful because they are not invested in thier patrons. Like I said you get what you pay for.

Right now there are at least 8 kids standing around either tik toking, flexing or watching one person work out. This place is after school care for kids not interested in working out. Age requirement should be 18 without and adult. I pay for the black card and it takes hours to work out because of them. 3 more just walked by. Maybe have adult only hours from 5-7.

So overfilled and busy I literally have just left multiple times. Not going to stand for half an hour just to get to 1 of 5 or so stations in my program. I get it's January when I writing this but I'm in town a month for business and none of the locations at home are even close to this overcrowded.

I went there for the cardio and a few other machines in the back, the fitness roles I like the an area is ok but they have an ab machine where the weights are to to extend the workout. Have not tried the 30 minute area yet. Workout music was cool.

For the love of god please add some sun screens to your windows!!! Not exactly fun to have rays of sunlight bouncing off car windshields and shining right into your eyes as you’re trying to use one of the lat pull down machines! I love the huge selection of ab machines at this location. Oh wait...there are none! Come on Cary PF! Really? You have no ab machines here?! Work on it.

The showers are gorgeous 😂 the staff are extremely helpful and understanding-especially during these Covid times. I was an out of state visitor here and they ensured top tier customer service without even knowing I was going through something personally. So, thank you guys for what you do and I have high hopes of returning …

Great equipment, fits my needs perfectly. Very clean, lots of cleaning stations, not too crowded so easy to keep covid distance. Great hydro bed. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

This place is always crowded. This is my 4th Planet Fitness in the RDU and it is definitely the most crowded. Basically, you have to wait for any weight machine. I've been here at 5:30 in the morning it's still crowded. Somebody please open another Planet Fitness in Cary.

This rating is for the company. Not the location. Their business structure is built to take advantage. Their cancelation policy is the worst I've ever experienced. You have to either WRITE A LETTER or actually visit. That's wild as an eagle eating bacon in a Montana speakeasy. And black card can only be used in a franchisees locations.
