1. We were reached out to on instagram about coming for a 3 free classes. It was not free, they did not tell us until we arrived that we had to pay for the hand wraps which were $132. The instructor “the hand grenade” has ZERO energy/ quality motivation besides a monotone “you’re almost done”3. He never gave any feedback during the strength training portion on techniques4. The weight stations were not adequately set up ie too heavy weights and no lighter options in sight5. I have been to other boxing classes and this one did not challenge me at all, unless you count the weight stations where the weights were too heavy so you had could only do a few reps or modify it to something else completely and on your own terms since he was too busy on his phone/tablet to notice6. The front desk: when getting fitted for my gloves that I will never use again we couldn’t figure out the size and I showed her that my finger had lost circulation and she said that was good…then later while the instructor was talking to the class the front desk girl came up behind me and poked my arm/elbow for me to sign the liability waver. Why didn’t she tap my shoulder/say excuse me? Overall very weird and disappointing class

This is the best gym i have joined. The trainers, the program, and the environment is top knotched. Whatever your expectations, fhey all will be surpassed here. The investment in yourself is worth it! Take the free class, you have nothing to lose.

All of the instructors here are GREAT! They all have their individual styles for the classes, which makes trying out different classes with various instructors an awesome fitness challenge. The classes never get boring and you will leave dripping in sweat every time lol

RockBox provides a great workout with a combination of kickboxing & strength training! Every class is different so you never get bored! I wish they did a little more to build a community with their members & offer some friendly competition, but overall it is a great place to workout.

After years of different group fitness classes I finally tried RockBox and loved it! I felt so welcomed on my first class by the instructor and manager, and it was a good balance of personalized instruction/correction/feedback and not feeling like the instructor was hovering over me only as the new person in class! Loved the floor workout that complimented the boxing part of class! Overall great experience!
