The trainers are the best I have ever worked with. Title is a workout that NEVER gets "easy" because you push yourself harder and harder every class. I have never been in such good shape in my life.

Workouts consistently kick my ass and leave me exhausted and sweaty. The staff is warm, friendly, and overly personable. I feel like a member not a dollar sign. So refreshing. I’ve been to countless gyms in the area (traditional and specialty) and no one has made me feel as welcome or worked me out as hard as Title. Worth every penny.

The intensity is great, but I love the positivity of all the trainers and staff! Everyone is always giving high fives and reminding you to work for yourself. It's such a great and welcoming atmosphere, which is sometimes hard to find at gyms.

I arranged a group to try a class and we all LOVED it! Each member of the staff was welcoming, encouraging and friendly. They were so easy to work with and helpful. The work out was intense but I realized that I needed to push myself more in the realm of working out. Larry F was our instructor and he was awesome! Thank you to Ronnie and every single person that works there!
