Title offers an amazing way to do cardio. I'm not a big fan of running, so I like to take the power hour classes which are a lot more fun. I really enjoyed taking personal training sessions with Kevin (boxing lesson), and Jayd (barefoot training). I would highly recommend Title to my friends and family members. Punching that bag is really fun !!

Are you looking for a new, upbeat, full body workout that leaves you feeling accomplished and looking forward to the next session? Look no further. I have been a member of Title Boxing Club Cary for a year and a half and have never left without a smile on my face. These workouts train parts of your body that you never think boxing would incorporate. The Title family is so welcoming and assists you when you are a newcomer. Don't know how to punch? Yes, it will take a few classes to get it right, but trainers are there to educate and motivate you. They will show you the ropes, and I'm sure, soon enough you'll be hooked too. They offer Personal Training sessions that vary per Trainer. Title trainers have all sorts of backgrounds: Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA, Muay Thai, etc. I was fortunate enough to meet Chris, who has personalized my sessions to incorporate strengths and cardio that I need for the Rugby season. As always, Title offers first shot free, so please invite your friends. You will see people of all backgrounds, ages, and athletic abilities. It's so inspiring to watch not only yourself improve but other members around you. One hit, and you'll be hooked.

Good gym. I really enjoy the boxing drills and get a good workout. Only downside is trying to do sit-ups on the floor. Even with my mat it hurts my tailbone. I've reverted to doing only crunches. Much better than my old gym where actual boxing was only 15 min of the entire class. We spend 15 min. with the warm up, 30 min. boxing & 15 min. with core.

I joined Title Boxing 7 months ago and I couldn't be happier. Not only is the club run extremely well but the trainers are awesome. They are extremely helpful to anyone new who comes in, while still challenging the people who come to the classes all the time. I highly suggest trying out a class at Title Boxing Club in Cary!

I recently purchased a $15 groupon deal for 2 weeks of unlimited classes. I went to four classes in the first week and was hooked. Before my groupon was up, I bought a 1 year membership. The fact that it's a little pricier than a regular gym membership (to my knowledge) has given me motivation to go on nights where I don't really feel like working out. And let me tell you, I have not once regretted getting my butt off the couch and going. It's the best workout I've had in years. Each trainer has their own style so pretty much every class you go to is a little different. So far they have all been extremely willing to help me on my form, both during and after class. The facility is nice and clean, with plenty of space for large class sizes. The other members seem very friendly as well. I just love the high-intensity environment and am looking forward to a great year of reaching my fitness goals.

I absolutely love Title Boxing. I am new as I have only been going for about 3 weeks, but I am addicted. It is a great workout and so much fun at the same time. The trainers have an amazing energy that is contagious.

The workout is great, but you have to find a good instructor that fits your workout style. The workout is great because you can workout as hard as you want. Its a little expensive if you pay by the class. The only person I would stay away from is an employee named Ryan because he is one of the most rude people I've ever met.
