I had the pleasure of working with Ahmad when I joined the gym. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of. I’ve never had this level of customer service at any gym I’ve visited in the past. He certainly made things easy for me and has such a great attitude!

I’ve been a member for over 5 years and worked with several of the trainers over the years. Ahmad is my current trainer and is a wealth of information about nutrition, health and exercise and has taught me a lot about weight lifting and power lifting. He keeps the facility clean, even coming in on holidays to vacuum! Highly recommend this gym.

Accidently damaged an item at the gym and the owner was very rude and threatened to take me to court at the age of 17. Just a warning that any interaction with this company will turn out horrible because the owner practices very scummy business. DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE.
