Workout Anytime Cary

I will outline just a brief synopsis of one of the many issues I’ve experienced throughout my tenure here. A week ago I came in to train, scanned my badge and was not allowed access, after getting incorrect information from multiple employees, owner then apologizes to me and say that they froze the wrong account by accident. After that he proceeded to tell me even though I did not do actually do this I am now responsible for past a past due balance and late fees. This place knows nothing about customer service and I doubt I will ever do business with again at any location

Always clean everytime I went. And there’s access to a lot of cleaning supplies to wipe down the machines 👍🏾👍🏾 …

Outside of this gym there is a sign that states “$1 enrollment on any plan today”. I was charged $20 and when I asked for a refund the employee refused and also refused to take down the misleading sign. The employee at the front desk stated that the owner knows there is inaccurate information on the sign and does not want it to be taken down. I cannot support this business especially when the business owner knowingly misleads his customers/members. I definitely do not trust this company to withdraw any money from my account so I cancelled my membership with them. Also false advertising is considered unlawful in N.C.

Rick is a great trainer. I get an awesome, tough workout in 30 minutes. It’s different every time and super challenging. Facility is clean and is not a typical gym meat market. Highly recommend.

Workout Anytime Cary Is genuinely the best gym in the area. Every time I go I feel at home. It’s not because of the well kept, updated equipment, it’s not because of the cleanliness, it’s not because of the services offered which include tanning and water massage, it’s not because of the easy in and out location or the good music they play... It’s because of the people! The quality of people that use this gym is second to none. Just as important, the reason these good people continue to use this location is the caring staff. Rick the manager and others will take you in and work personally and professionally to help you meet your workout needs. Without them this gym wouldn’t be home and I don’t know about you but I think we all need a little more of that going around.

Well maintained equipment, friendly staff, 24 hour access, great membership rate.

This is the best gym in the Triangle hands down Staff is great Rick the manager is awesome .

The place is good, equipment caused me pain, if you have a previous injury equipment is not ergonomic, it’s not possible to cancel a one year contract as many other places allow to cancel with one or two months penalty you will be charged all year long.

Hello! My thumbs hit a 1 star on this place and I certainly didn’t mean to do that, I was extremely impressed with the facilities and although I didn’t sign up for a membership after my friend showed me around and it was really nice. I had given about 5 reviews that day to various businesses and was floating in and out of service on my phone. So sorry! You guys are certainly 5⭐️!!

Been coming here over a year. Very clean, quality equipment and the staff is very friendly. The other members seem serious about their workouts. I really like this place and the price is great.
