I will start out by saying, I used to be a member of this gym years ago. 7 years ago. It was very nice back then. Always clean. There was lotion and mouthwash in the bathrooms. Everything was in good shape. Now, 7 years later, after taking a small glimpse of it again, it's dirty and not well maintained. Took a class and realized there were NO mats whatsoever. What happened to all the mats?? I'm not 100% sure about the equipment but even 7 years ago I do remember the headphone jacks did not work on the cardio machines. I'm sure that hasn't changed. But most importantly, to me, the childcare is not that great here at all. I have a 6 month old now and finding good childcare (even for just 1 hour) is important to me. I realized that the kids club is outdated. I have no idea if the Wii works. Last time I was there it had been broken and not replaced at all for a LONG time. But that doesn't matter to me at all because I have a 6 month old who can't even crawl yet. I dropped her off before a class in her carseat (I was using a free guest pass for myself). After a little over an hour, my baby was STILL in her carseat, strapped. I had asked the attendant "has she been in there this whole time?" and as if a normal thing replied "yep! she was really good the entire hour." This gym does not have baby bouncy seats or exersaucers or even swings. When I went to pick up my baby, the attendant was on the far side of the room holding another baby who I saw crawling when I first arrived and playing with the older kids in the play gym, my baby in her carseat on the opposite side of the room, completely alone. Ignored. I don't know how long she was left alone for. But I do know she was left in her car seat the entire time. And in a moms eyes, that is NOT Ok! At least not in this mamas eyes. I was worried the entire time I was in a class. That shouldn't be happening. I recently visited another gym that was more geared towards babies (in the same area actually, and a brand new one) that was a lot better. I think if this gym updated their kids club and had better childcare, it would do better. Childcare right now is important to me though. Maybe I will consider going back one day when my baby girl is older. Maybe.

Really poor customer service. I used to manage a 24 location in Denver and worked in service for the Boulder location so I’m well versed in the emphasis on simple “hellos & goodbyes” at the company...and they don’t even provide that. The employees/managers don’t even look up from their phone or conversation with one another to acknowledge anyone. The job’s not that hard. Makes me wonder what other simple tasks don’t get completed there.

The regulars are nice and the gym has lots of equipment. The frustrating part is equipment doesn't always get repaired quickly and they seem to lose bands and foam rollers easily.

Equipment is overall in good condition. There always seem to be some stairstepper broken, though. There is only one squat cage. Peak hours are ridiculously crowded. Best visited late at night or weekends.

This is the best 24 in the Highlands Ranch area. I always come here when I visit. It's always very clean. There's lots of weights and cardio equipment too. Only thing I wish they had was a brigade.

Usually very crowded and they justify the extra cost because of the renovated locker rooms and towel service. To me that doesn't matter as much as the equipment and work out spaces. The Broadway and University 24 is just as good.

Don’t go to this lactation, as a matter of a fact don't go to any 24hr fitness in if you have any respect towards yourself or your fitness. And I’ll tell you why. (FYI I am a super sport member not for long thou)1. The corporate office does not promote good customer service, they leave you to resolve your own issues WHEN they arrive because believe me they will. (They will tell you to WAIT 3 to 7! business days for a general manager to respond to your concerns)2. The staff treat you as if you are a second class citizen( and its very to me to the fact that no one works there longer than 6 moths, it seems). And the ring leader (main manager LORI Last undisclosed) is the most distasteful.3. The main reason why I have been compelled to write this review is due the realization of what 24hr fitness duper sport in highlands ranch is. it is a stereo typical environment where the staff (main manager LORI)judges you and makes offensive comments about and to you when she feels like behaving in that manner. for example also a fact yesterday 02/14/17 Lori(the main manager of the location approached in front of my guest (first timer at the gym (lifetime fitness member) and said in a very abrasive way CAN I TALK TO YOU, too 3 steps away from me and proceeded to accuse of bringing to many guests (5 people, male and females. they are coworkers and friends of mine). then also stated that perhaps I go on too many dates I REAPEAT she looked in the windows of my should (dead in the eyes ) and said that perhaps I go on too many dates, and I should stop bringing guest to the gym and training them (she accused me of being a personal trainer, without any bases) I thought it was a joke till she threaten me with paper work ( L.O.L ). that's when I picked up the phone and dialed corporate(what a major let down) and waited 50 min's. on the phone in order to get some information and file a complaint but the call was dropped as I was going to speak with a manager( how convenient, they close at 6 pacific time ). so called back this morning got my issue escalated to upper management. who proceeded to first tell me to go to a different gym further from my house and try it out( perhaps that's how they been instructed to give out those solutions). that's when I lost my bearing for a bit and proceeded to use logic with this customer service person. I asked her if that the way 24hrs fitness treats their customers (with little value/ significance). I asked that her best solution was to make the paying customer go to a different location because a manager for no rhyme or reason decided single me out front of strangers, then proceed to imply that I am a womanizer, then accuse me of being a trainer and treatment to cancel my membership if a tried bring any more Legitimate guests in. I asked her is that how you treat all of your customers that hold your highest membership? (Dam I feel bad for the memberships below!). She was quiet for 20 seconds and then proceeded to tell that she would escalate this to the regional manage (person below corporate!) and see how they can deal with this issue.4. Long story short just don't waste your time and money with these people they are terrible. This is just one of many complaints against 24hr fitness CO and country wide

The worst and most dangerous gym. Vandals shot bullets through the front windows at 9pm! Twice! We had problems with a seriously mental guy stomping on the treadmill and swearing/yelling at himself. We told the front desk and the guy at the desk refused to do anything. The next night we worked out, a guy in his underwear is walking through the club yelling racial slurs at the cleaning staff and the staff did nothing. This club has major safety issues-beware after 9m.

I just got back into working out with 24 hour fitness because I love everything about their gym! Very nice equipment! Very knowledgeable trainers! Very friendly staff! Very clean gym to go to! Nice pool, cuzzi, sauna and steam room! They offer a lot of different classes too!

This used to be a great gym, but the lack of cleanliness has made it go downhill. Plus, rarely do you see the staff going through the facility to keep it tidy by putting weights away. Even the trainer's walk away without putting their clients equipment back in place.
