I have been a member since they opened. What a change in several years. Very little hot water. Can’t even wash your hair as the water has no presser and NO hot water . The cleaning crew they have is absolutely terrible. Very dirty, hair in the drains, no tissue half the time and only one tv that works. Promise last year and the year before there was one on order and havent seen it yet!!!!! We all pay our membership but nothing gets done as far as maintain everything. I am sure its slow because no one is joining it or even going there anymore. Not sure what its going to take to get this place cleaned up......... we have many other options to go like Chose, Vosta they are clean and a lot of people are moving over there. It’s a shame that it is going down hill. The trainers and management is wonderful. But thats all I can say about it!!!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The equipment is in need of repair. There are 4 to 5 treadmills in need of repair. There doesn’t appear to be any urgency to get them fixed. One would think with a spike in membership at the first of the year that would be provide a sense of urgency.Would love to see more attention paid to keeping the bathroom cleaned in the men’s locker room.

Lower class gym. Although there are some good instructors and a couple good classes (the reason for the two stars), all the 24 Hour Fitness gyms in this general area leave something to be desired - especially the cleanliness. Kids club at the Southglenn location frequently books up and they turn parents away (instead of considering appropriate staffing levels). One gym just discontinued towel service all together. Images attached are just a sampling of what I experienced in the course of 6 months. Gross. Other gyms, by comparison, are cleaner, nicer, and far more professional.

This is the worst gym I have ever been to. If you want to constantly see signs like the one in the picture below...then this is the gym for you. I've never been to a gym that does such a poor job maintaining their equipment. I told them about a shower in the locker room that was leaking very badly (I'd guess it's a $100-$200/week waste of water) more than two months ago. Has it been fixed??? NOPE! I bet we see another increase in rates to pay for it too. The only reason I have kept my membership at this stupid gym is because my wife like's the kids area. I've been begging her to leave and go somewhere else. I hate going here so much that we talk about it at least three times per week. My suggestion for you is to find a Planet Fitness...you'll pay 80% lower price and get equipment that is maintained!

I really like this workout facility. I like the variety of weights and I really, really like the view from the 2nd floor. The employees are great. They will help you without any hesitation. Very nice place.

This gym and its club manager has demonstrated a gross and toxic stance towards women getting harassed by male staff. Their reaction to a female member being harassed by a personal trainer was to ban the female member from there location instead of addressing the harassment. Disgusting!

Big. Tons of equipment. Lots of classes. Dozens of cardio equipment on the mezzanine level. Has it all. But the staff could do a better job refilling paper towels, disinfectant, and regular towels. Equipment breaks a lot. On the upside: lots of hot MILFs to look at. Look, but don't touch.

Good and bad, lots of machines and good facilities but could definitely be cleaner. Men's locker room floor has stuff stuck to it, yuck.Update: A full year later and I am still looking at the same blob of gum stuck on the men's locker room floor. Really, make an effort or hire a cleaning company.

Ok I may be biased since I already have a membership to 24 hour fitness. For the most part, they are .. mostly clean, but still smell of mid- aughts sweat and rubber coated plate weights. Generally speaking, some 24-hour fitness clubs here have the towel service, a few have the smoothie bar, some have multi squat racks, some have steam and dry saunas, some have programmable locks on the lockers.I've learned to ignore the deficiencies and focus on the pump. Friendly staff at all, including trainers. All have plenty of complimentary parking, all have lap pools, all have free weights, all have a variety of cardio machines. Just pick the closest one and commit to go!
