9Round Fitness

The owners are so very kind and respectful. I love being able to distress and get a quick workout that burns 300+ calories. Compared to other options the hours of operation are the most flexible and you get a trainer for each workout. It is difficult to learn from the trainers sometimes because the music can be too loud depending on who it is. It is nice to have trainers show you how to do the moves correctly and make sure you understand. Katie and Morgan are very helpful.

It is such an individual workout. You have great coaching when needed. No one is worried about anything except the challenge of getting through the rounds.

Attention to detail! Enjoyed my experience at centennial location. 30 mins of magic will flush out your stress and focus on your workout. Integration with technology is a plus!

There is a motivation to come regularly! 9round put me into a discipline where I enjoyed coming and putting all my efforts for 30mins. The Arapahoe location managers & trainers helped me to understand the purpose of my visit.

There are not many places where you immediately feel like your comfortable outside of your home; especially not a gym! But the folks at 9Round Fitness are truly committed to helping you feel like you belong while coaching you to your fitness goals. All types walk into these fitness sessions, without judgement or pre-existing expectations. You determine your own pace and progress - the sessions are quick and you can go about your day. The trainers greet you by name, coach your movements in each station, and help you monitor your progress. The best analogy to the 9Round experience I can make is, if you are trying to remember how staying fit was so easy in your younger years it was because you had a season where you "practiced", "ran drills", and a "had a coach". As you get to your adult life that tends to go away and it is very difficult to achieve the same fitness results. If you're looking for an excellent substitute, give 9Round Fitness a try and I think you'll find what you were missing.

Been working on me at 9Round since September 2021 and I can honestly say I love working hard here! They are great people that push you to keep going while being cognizant of your heart rate and can work around any injury. I don't give myself any excuse not to be a better me. I highly recommend 9Round whether you share this philosophy or if you need motivation.Step 1: Just get there!Step 2: Be patient with yourself. I love 9Round!!! The workouts are great, challenging, and change every day. The trainers and owners on site are amazing and encouraging and can assist with adapting for any limitations you might have in any given day to insure you get a great and proper workout. Thirty minutes of intensity and fun has kept me working out with 9Round 300+ times now! I’ve never stuck with any workout routine this long. Even during the 2020 stay-at-home orders, I was able to continue my daily workouts through the online portal that was posting new workouts every day that I could do in my basement at home. I feel stronger than I've ever felt in my 40+ year life. And I learned the speed bag, which for me is very empowering! I can't say enough good things about it. Love, love, love!

My other half and I got to spend some time with Morgan, and I have to say, this guy was cooler than a fan. He was encouraging, yet gentle, and even helped coach her how to punch a bag for her first time. I think the vibe in the gym matters more than the routine or equipment and these folks are on point.
