Been working on me at 9Round since September 2021 and I can honestly say I love working hard here! They are great people that push you to keep going while being cognizant of your heart rate and can work around any injury. I don't give myself any excuse not to be a better me. I highly recommend 9Round whether you share this philosophy or if you need motivation.Step 1: Just get there!Step 2: Be patient with yourself. Effort gets better with time.Step 3: Don't give up on yourself!***Communicate any injuries so they can help you avoid aggravating the injured area.Invest in yourself! You're worth it!

My other half and I got to spend some time with Morgan, and I have to say, this guy was cooler than a fan. He was encouraging, yet gentle, and even helped coach her how to punch a bag for her first time. I think the vibe in the gym matters more than the routine or equipment and these folks are on point. This place is awesome!! I went in as a complete beginner, and was a little nervous since I have some pretty bad back issues from an injury. The trainers were beyond amazing though and walked me through the whole thing while cheering me on. They helped me find modifications that still got me a great workout, but didn’t irritate my injury. I had an absolute blast and felt amazing after! Every time I’ve been there I’ve felt so welcomed and motivated. Whether you are a beginner or experienced with kickboxing, they will challenge you and keep you on your toes. In addition to being an amazing workout, it gives me confidence as a female too to learn some self defense. I HIGHLY recommend this gym to ANYONE!

Love working out here!! Its a fun and intense workout, I have been in many different types of gyms and fitness classes in the past this is the most fun and exciting!With kids and work I have struggled in the past to make specific class start times. At 9 round, this isn't a struggle at all because of their Awesome 9 station/round concept you just start at whichever station is open and roll thru the workout.30mins and DONE. The flexible start times and quick intense workout is much easier to fit into a busy life!!!!
