I can’t say enough about how this gym and Danyelle and Clayton have and continue to help me.I started at ATO to rebuild strength and lose weight after a bad hit and run car accident left me injured.At first, Danyelle helped me to regain mobility, range of motion and stamina and was an all around guide concerning overall fitness, health and wellness.She then recommended Clayton to me as a way of continuing my fitness journey. He teaches me about proper technique, form and which muscle groups to work to achieve the results I want. Even when I’m having a bad day, he’s patient and motivating and won’t let me give up.If you’re looking for a comfortable, caring atmosphere with amazing guides into the why’s, when’s and how’s of strength, fitness and wellness as a whole, you won’t find a better place or better people than Danyelle and Clayton.

I have been training with Clayton Evans for several weeks and could not be happier having him as my trainer. When I first started, I did not have any sort of workout routine and was extremely nervous. Clayton took time during our first session to discuss my health goals, workout history and regimen, and touch on what is important to me. Clayton made me feel welcome, and truly makes me feel that he is interested in not only my health but also interested in helping me reach my fitness goals! Clayton is fantastic as he helps me understand the exercises, and also coaches & inspires along the way to ensure I get the most benefit from my workout—and I’m seeing the results! Additionally, the gym space is modern and very clean and folks are generally super friendly.

I have been looking for a personal trainer who serves and understands the LGBTQIA+ community openly for some time, so when I came across Clayton Evans, I immediately did a consultation. Within about 15 minutes of time with him I knew I was in the right place. He’s extremely friendly, not intimidating, has results to prove his work- I was comfortable the whole time and felt damn good when I left. I loved my time and have already committed to regular sessions. Highly recommend ATO Fitness and Clayton Evans to anyone but especially members of the LGBTQIA+ community!

I had a hard time sticking to going to the gym and finding a routine that worked for me. Working with Clayton has been motivating; he helps me understand the exercises, execute them correctly, is encouraging and is always focused on results based training. I feel better about my body after each of our sessions, knowing that I'm also learning what exercises to do to get the results I want. Clayton is upbeat, uplifting and informative as he coaches thru training sessions. He doesn't let me give up on myself, but isn't aggressively demanding. As a newbie to the gym, I wanted to find a trainer that would push me to my limits but not break me. Someone who could help me set realistic goals, and work towards achieving them. I feel more focused on the exercises and strength training with Clayton than I could do by myself. Having a great trainer is great support when starting out on a fitness journey and I give Clayton my highest regards!

I am going on my third year training with Hayes and I am so happy with my progress! Hayes is an amazing trainer who sincerely cares about his clients and their goals! I workout with a group of other women and he always makes sure each one of us gets the attention we need to preform at our best!
