I was never able to be consistent when it came to working out until I discovered Hiitsquad right down the street from my house. Now working out is something I look forward to and plan my days around to make sure I fit it into my day to day routine. The results I have achieved from this place are results I could have never achieved on my own. The coaches here are all incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and helpful without judgement. Invest in yourself and your health and start working out here. It’s worth every penny.

Hiitsquad is a great place to reach your goals whether you are super fit, just starting your fitness journey or somewhere in between. The coaches are fantastic! It is a very friendly, challlenging and fun atmosphere. The workouts are always varied and modifications are provided both to go harder or lighter or if you have an injury. Whether you are looking to work out 3 days a week or 7 I would recommend to anyone. You can get a free 3 day trial pass too.

HIITSQUAD is the best gym! The workouts are fun and challenging for any fitness level. The trainers are some of the best in the industry. They are motivating and help correct your form and technique. Since joining, I have gotten stronger in my lifts and my stamina has gotten better with those conditioning days! The HIITSQUAD community is another factor why I love this place. I always look forward to starting my day at HIITSQUAD. The members are welcoming, supportive and motivating in and outside of the gym.Try it out, first three classes are free! I recommend trying different days during the week as each day, has a different program.

My girlfriend introduced me to this wonderful community. I came in with a gym background, however on the first day of the class I had to completely throw my whole ego out of the window. This class truly challenged my gym ability and all what I thought I knew. True I was sore and hurt for the first month as I was using muscles I didn't even know I had.Upon the start of class I weighed in at 230lb with 18% body fat and in less than three months later I am currently weighing in at 212lb's and 12% body fat. This place is awesome, the trainers each of them are wonderful and the community truly has welcomed me and has always made me feel comfortable.Each day I am challenged and when it gets hard each of them keeps me very motivated to continue on. I have went from 2 days a week to now going 6 days a week. Hiit Squad is totally worth it and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a change and looking for a fitness family that is dedicated to helping you to reach your goals no matter what your looking for. To be honest it's hard, but if you keep at it, you can do it. From the heart I truly appreciate all the love and thank everyone Here and thank each of you for welcoming me I to this wonderful family.

I’ve tried a bunch of places like this… nothing compares- I drive half hour and would drive longer… best workouts- amazing trainers- great vibe… do yourself a favor. Even the front desk attendant Carol is amazing!

Just went for my first class, and I had a great time! Coach Andre was very encouraging, and he helped me with my form. I went on a Sunday. I was told later Sunday is one of the more challenging days on the schedule! Whoops! I made it through though, and as a newb I feel pretty confident in doing it again!

Try the 3 free classes. You will be hooked. Great atmosphere and the coaching staff is superb. This place is amazing and will help you build a better self. Honestly, I can’t say enough about the gym, excellence all around.

These guys are awesome. I'm somewhere 10 to 15 years into group fitness and gym ratness and would recommend HIIT Squad to just about anybody looking to kick it up a notch. The workouts blend free weight barbells with resistance, body weight, rowers and bikes, plyos, dumbbells and kettlebells. There are only a few instructors. They will know your name and take a personal interest. I started getting form corrections within 3 minutes of first arrival and have been getting coached up ever since. The workouts are easy to modify, class sizes are reasonable, everybody is friendly, the digs are comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, the terms are easy, these guys do the things that demonstrate they are in the business for the right reasons, and they seem to do a good job running the business. HIIT Squad is an excellent value and among the top overall fitness experiences I've had. These guys are awesome.
