HIIT SQUAD is the BEST way to start my day! The programming is intentional and ever changing, creating a challenge for each person no matter your fitness level. The coaches know exactly how to motivate you and to push you beyond your own limits! But more importantly, HIIT SQUAD is an incredible community of people that cheer for you and care for you inside and outside of the gym. I have been working out with Mike & Aundre since they started hosting outdoor workouts. I kept coming because of them! Their intention is pure and every workout is uniquely built to target specific muscle groups. I am always motivated by them. Coach Lou has joined them and fits their culture perfectly. This is one of the best gyms with the best coaches! This gym will push you to change your body and the coaches will adapt, support, and help you in every way you need. Gym intimation is present everywhere you go, but the coaches here take that all away. You are missing out on so much if you don’t go here.

I've been working out with Mike and Andre for 5+ years in a variety of settings. HIIT Squad is welcoming, supportive and fun. There is something for all abilities here. The workouts are creative and effective. They are a good balance of pushing your limits and teaching foundations. I'm a cardio junkie and have never spent much time in the gym. Lifting weights is foreign to me however, Mike, Andre and Lou take the time to help me learn how to lift correctly through demonstrations and just-in-time adjustments. I love this gym!

Every day is different and each more challenging than the last one. You will never walk out of their workouts thinking you could have given more! As a certified personal trainer myself for close to 20 years, I can say that HiitSquad is my choice for next level training and body transformation. If you want results, you have to try out this gym. The trainers are not only tremendous at their craft, but they genuinely care about every individual who enters the room. The community is phenomenal. The amount of effort and planning they put into the programming is inspiring. Everything they do and plan is for a reason. Whether it be strength, aesthetics, functionality, cardiovascular endurance, and so forth. But the best part is that it’s fun! I started going to HIIT squad in April and after just a few weeks increased from 2 days a week to 5. The workouts are challenging but not impossible. They are varied, the energy is high and the trainers are all great at recognizing if you need help with your form or increase/decrease weight. Previously when doing crossfit, I always felt a big push to increase weight even if your form wasn't all the way there and I love that I have been told a couple of times to decrease weight and fix something. I love the music and look forward to going every day, although by Friday I am ready for a break. 🤣And lastly if you are concerned at all about your fitness level or the environment, everyone is so positive and there are all levels; Sincerely, someone from the low level
