With 1984 unfolding full steam, this place truly has people from Ministry of Love working there.If they see you trying to sneak a breath of air with your nose, they will go thru half of the gym for the chance to tell you to get back to your own CO2 immediately. And PF has "judgement free zone" and "no critics" written on walls in big letters. I think you guys need to change that to "Thought free zone" and "No humans". Damage from demoralization exceeded the benefit from the workout.Oppression is care. Carbon is oxygen. Janitors are health experts.INGSOC

Great to workout but impossible to quit.I had to move out of country. I've tried to quit from my home overseas through phone calls to the club 3 times and a letter yet they have continued to charge me fir 6 minutes and even a reup fe for $58. They are unable to help without a registered letter, nor is any refund coming. Today I spoke with club rep. and he can't pull up my membership that they just charged again. May have to change my credit card but that's a whole other ordeal. I've put them on fraud alert with the bank.

Def pros an cons to this gym but some of the cons that’s go with my experience of planet fitness an this location is this.. to start of when I did my free trial day no one showed me around or showed me anything that the gym has to offer. Luckily I know what I’m doing an I’m ok on my own so I decided to get my work out in. Afterwords I decided the gym was clean an quiet an non judgey as advertised an I liked the price so I wanted to sign up. I was on my way to the desk to sign my membership when the staff tried to wave me out the door. I had to stop them an tell them I wanted to sign up. After signing up I was not offered any of the things mentioned when signing. Days into my membership I had to request a key tag so I didn’t have to use my phone number any more. Then doing some cardio on the treadmill I get a phone call an answer my phone. I continue to walk an take the call. Keep in mind there is literally no one in the gym other than maybe 2 people that I was not disturbing. A lady comes up to me to interrupt me an tell me that phone calls are not permitted on the floor. First off I might had known that if I was given proper introduction to the gym which I was not. I then decide to look at the rules online to see myself if this was accurate because I use to work at a gym an have never heard this before. While reading the rules I find no where it saying I cannot answer my phone on the floor. So overall my experience has not been the greatest so far. The only thing that will keep me coming at this point is the fact that it’s so new an quiet an I enjoy not having to wait for equipment. Will probably switch gyms eventually.

Quiet, clean, great staff and all the equipment I need! Not to mention the layout of this planet fitness is nice. Some other ones visited have slightly cumbersome layouts making it difficult to sometimes find what equipment you’re looking for or navigate to where you want to work out. This gym is all forward facing, and easy to start with treadmills, bikes, whatever cardio equipment you’re looking for in the back and then work your way forward to the weight section. They have shower and locker room facilities, tanning and hydro massage alongside some other amenities. They have a 30 minute circuit area as well as a place for stretching and warm up. Normally, there are also personal training sessions, however with covid that is not a current option. The price point at all locations is also phenomenal.

My favorite planet fitness since they opened. There's never a time where it's over crowded, and the most awkward machines to use in a gym are conveniently positioned along a back wall facing it so you don't have to feel weird about every freaking creep in the place walking by staring at the middle... You know what I mean🤣 Also love most of the staff am and pm.

Very Clean, socially distanced workouts , seems like new equipment , super friendly staff members . The black card wellness area and facilities also very clean.Appreciate the covid precautions (masks at all times ) and that the patrons here follow the guidelines . Many other PF locations allow for masks improperly worn and staff don’t seem to care .Great location !

I really like this gym. Better prices than my other gym memberships. I don't feel intimidated being a beginner and not knowing exactly what I'm doing. They have tanning, hydro massage which I think is a plus! Super friendly staff and the facility is really clean!!! Glad I signed up here.

Just signed up a couple days ago and had my first workout. They gave me a tour of the facilities and it was phenomenal. I love that they have cleaning stations for wiping down the equipment for other patrons, and getting the black member card was soooo worth the 24 bucks a month. Definitely treat yourself to a hydro massage after your workout. 10/10 would do again.All the equipment has best use instructions, and the mobile app gives you exercises. All training classes are free for all members, and you get a free t-shirt with sign up.Staff was super friendly and super helpful with showing me how to use some of the equipment and how to schedule the spa items. They have standing tanning booths and massage chairs, and well as massage beds. The facilities are phenomenally clean, and it wasn't very busy at all.
