I went in to use the hydro message table. I didn’t realize it was only 10 minutes long, however , by the end of the session the table had warmed up considerably. Now I know why you do that in small intervals.

They dont require a contract to be signed, which is huge. The gym is very clean and not crowded if you go late morning or early afternoon.

First, a series of 5-Star reviews is invariably produced by Fake Reviewer (owners/paid reviewers) or by people who lack critical thinking faculties.Avoid Planet Fitness Gyms that have the new (and horrible) LifeFitness equipment that was evidently re-designed by Gen-X-Z people with no knowledge of motion-exercise physics who trashed proven, tried and true equipment models that have worked for over 3 decades. The new LifeFitness is the worst equipment ever designed and dangerous to use. Swing-arm equipment like Lat-Pull-downs have motion-paths away from your body, taking your core out of the exercise picture. They added a rear blocking bar to the Railed weight-bar systems to prevent rear and side access, making them more dangerous to use. Clueless franchisees were probably scammed into buying the new dysfunctional GenZero equipment. AVOID.

It's always nice staff, always clean and the machines normally are top, the massage area is awesome and people there is always happy. It's a very positive experience to go the gym.
