Changing my review from a five star to a one. I'll admit a good portion of this to be my fault. I signed my elderly mother up on a membership and paid the fees. Loved it because there wasn't really a contract, as generally advertised.Well, I had a stroke in November and lost quite a bit of my memory. I get a bill for $170.81. Naturally, I'm confused, only to find out that they had been texting my mom's old number that the charges hadn't gone through. For 6 months.I have been a patron of multiple PF locations since 2019. It is sad that my customer relationship with this location is going to end for myself and the rest of my family.I will never go back. My policy is that I don't return to places that aren't patently clear or do not make greater attempts to keep me from collections.Edit: After waiting three weeks, I got told to kick rocks. Suddenly, it makes sense why someone makes youtube videos ripping on PF.

The place is extremely filthy... Theft occurring inside the locker room out in the parking lot..... Has been going on since the place opened staff will never tell you..... Here are a few pictures from one of the shower stalls.... What you see in the picture didn't build-up over a couple of days.... If you use it bring plenty of disinfectant to clean whatever you touch.....It has been 3 months since I wrote my view about planet fitness.... I have more pictures to download but they look the same as the pictures that I downloaded 3 months ago the place is still filthy....... I did learn something new if you're paying $20 to your membership so you can have use of the tanning beds etc stopI did learn something new if you're paying $20 to your membership so you can have use of the tanning beds etc stop,,, Because the staff is letting anybody use it you don't have to have a card or not so why pay the 10 extra bucks when you can use them for free all you have to do is ask they will comp anybody....

I had a $49 charge on my account for this place (it was ABC billing which they use), and when we looked into it, they couldn't find the charge in their system. So they gave me the phone number to their billing company and THEY still couldn't find the charge. We determined that the charge was invalid because my annual charge had come out only 6 months prior, and I had no late fees. The charge simply didn't make sense even to the manager. Will since ABC billing insisted they couldn't see the charge I disputed it with my bank and SOMEHOW LOST. What a freaking scam. They will just steal your money don't sign up here.

This Planet Fitness is usually pretty clean. The employees are attentive and the equipment is maintained in working-order. The music? I bring my own. Beware of bicycle theft from the bike racks in front of the building. There are no external security cameras. The same goes for auto parking on the west side of the building. Window glass litters the ground from break-ins. Again, no external security cameras.

Probably best planet fitness there is in the area. Very nice and clean. All this place needs is squat racks and a sauna in order to receive 5 stars.

I was a member for years in ND & in CO pre-covid. I am glad I rejoined. The overnight person is a pure delight & always very pleasant and nice & willing to help! I wish it would go back to open 24/7, but I am assuming its a staffing issue. Hopefully 24/7 soon 🤞 …

This location has almost nobody here and most often the cardio equipment is being used. Free weights and racks are 99.99% not being used. I like lifting here.

You don't want to stay open 24 hours anymore then I'm canceling my membership. I depending on this gym to be able to get washed up between work and going out. This facility was horrible anyways

So this PF has been my home-gym for almost a yr. I can say that Ryan (assistant manager) is a great guy and does an excellent job for the business. Luis does also. The gym is fine, but Littleton is not. There's so much crime and bad people around in this town that you're better off elsewhere. Had a lot of belongings stolen while in the gym for 30 min. My car window was smashed and everything was taken at 9pm in front of plenty of visitors. Luis was promptly on the scene and genuinely worried. I lost several thousand dollars that I can't afford to lose.

These guys are great! I'm new to this location. I was previously up at the Wheatridge location but they have a standard of polite and friendly service at the desk. I've always been very happy with the Planet Fitness locations and amenities and staff!
