Sterling and his team are the most professional and stellar trainers to work with! Sterling personally continues to train my daughter who is on the U.S. U16 Girls National Soccer Team in preparation for all her camps and international tournaments. We travel over an hour to each session...definitely worth it! Strongly recommend Sterlings Team Speed!!!

Team speed is amazing! I have been working out here for about four and half years and have loved every second of it. The facilities are amazing. And all of the trainers there are hard working and dedicated to help achieve individual goals. I have been called into 12 US youth and men’s National Team Camp over the years. And for each one Team speed and Sterling have made sure I am physically and mentally performing at my best. If you are looking to achieve your goals in any sport this is the gym to be at!

The best! Sterling and crew truly are the very best at what they do! My daughter is an elite level soccer player at u15 and has been training here for 6 years. She trains exclusively with Sterling now and he provides speed, strength, mental, and most importantly encouragement. Each person is unique and Sterling understands how to motivate each person to get the best out of them! My son will be starting with them very soon! Thanks for all your hard work and most importantly genuine care for my baby girl! They truly care about your goals not only as an athlete but a person! Keep up the great work!!

Enrolled my kids (9 and 6) in the speed training summer camp and signed them up for personal training with Francisco. We love the facility and everyone working here is out going and fun with the kids. They turn an hour of challenging training into fun achievable goals that my kids are excited to come to. Would recommend to all kids that need to condition in the off season for their sports.
