I got a membership through my active & Fit direct account. When I went to this location, they helped me through the process. But I'm disappointed that they didn't offer me a tour through the facility and maybe give more info on what Vasa has to offer!

Feel free to invoice this location for having to pick up their slack/blatant disregard.Had the scrawny kid staffmember tell me to “deal with it myself “ after asking assistance in dealing with this old guy, who always hogs up multiple machines and leaves personal equipment sprawled across the walkways.Next thing you know I’ll be handed a spray bottle with paper towels if I bring up the fact that the locker rooms are filthy and the water pressure doesn’t work when wanting to wash your hands.Thanks for the quality customer service!!!!

Love this facility equipment is very assessable and clean. “Day” and Devin are awesome always willing to help and ready with a smile. I’ve tried other gyms but the staff and facility make this my go to. Thank you Matthew for getting me started!

This gym is super close to where I live and it is very nice with clean working equipment but it is not as large as the other locations. For me it is hard going to this one when I have been going to the Aurora location for so long and I get so much more for my Fitness level membership. For example, they made yoga premium here, but at the other locations it is a group fitness class. And there is no pool or sauna. The group fitness class schedule is also a little lacking in intense classes. I did ask about adding Body Pump and it got added. That was pretty cool to think maybe they listened. Some more intense non dancing choreographed classes would be awesome (HIIT, Body Combat). So overall, it’s a great place just not exactly what I was expecting when it opened. I still drive all the way to Aurora most of the time. Kid care here is excellent and I very much appreciate them.

It was very clean. The atmosphere is good. The employees are nice. Plenty of free weights available.

You get what you pay for. Major maintenance and sanitation issues.Sanitation is still very bad. Fluids are always all over the men's room stalls. Oftentimes there is no running water in the sinks!
