always closed and theres no sauna. overpaying for low quality, only convenience is that its close. charges $50 if you want to cancel. dont get a membership at vasa

It’s a great location with many equipments but some of the equipments are not missing parts or not assembled well. ( missing bolts and broken hitching ring..etc)-the equipments are dusty and restrooms are not cleaned.

I called today 06/29/2023 at 4.57pm. Smoky hill location , The women answer my call was so rude , unprofessional and without knowledge, i asking if I can talk to someone else if she not sure about my question, she say no no to me right away, I ask to speak with supervisor or whoever can possible can handle my questions she say No No with all attitude she had I have no idea how she can be at the front counter for Vasa business which I think your business would need the better person to be at first contact , this women is supposed to be somewhere away from phone and customer. If you wish your business to success.

Best gym I have been to in the area. All equipment is in nearly-new condition. I don’t think I saw a single machine out of order.
