I had been complaining to my wife for several days about how my muscles were just so sore and tight due to lifting and jogging. I found Lucas Crawford and thought with his sports excercise background, he might be a good fit. I tell you....it was a good choice. I haven't had the pain in my shoulders, hamstrings, or calves since my initial visit. He wanted to make sure that the pressure he was using was working and not too intense or too weak (probably a bad choice of words). I will definitely be back.

Hands down - best massage I've ever had!! I feel like he knew exactly where I was having pain without having to tell him. He has very strong hands and fingers and applies enough pressure but is still gentle. I truly cannot say enough good things. I'll continue to be a returning customer!!

Lucas is an excellent massage therapist. I’ve been in the business for over 25 years in Chicago and have had tons of massage. He knows his anatomy and just where to focus. If you are looking for a mix of relaxation and therapeutic massage he’s your guy. If I lived in Urbana I’d make him part of my self care routine. Professional and kind, he definitely has healing hands.
