Lucas is also my personal trainer. When I was experiencing severe back pain and a real lack of mobility we scheduled a couple of massages. He was so good about preparing me for and explaining the benefits of deep tissue massage. I felt comfortable and relaxed in the environment, and I felt immediate relief from the severe pain I was experiencing. Before training with Lucas I was seeing a chiropractor once a week for three years. Within a couple of months of training I no longer needed my chiropractor. Lucas is the perfect combination of relatable and professional. I highly recommend Lucas for both massage therapy and personal training!
