This is the best gym in town. I have learnt so much from the time I joined here. Anyone who is interested in Brazilian jiujitsu or MMA and wants to get better, should definitely check this gym out.

There’s too many nice things to say about this place, but if you’re looking for a new hobby, fitness program or just curious to see what else is offered come on out.If you’re an out of towner looking to drop in and get some rolls in this place should be your first choice many colored belts and tough practitioners to train with in Gi or No-Gi.

Awesome bjj gym! Tried a few gyms in chambana when I got here (i'm a complete white belt), and though this was the farthest commute, Coach James, Cassie, and the lycans who train here made me choose this gym, and I'm so glad I did. There's an awesome and welcoming community of talented bjj practitioners and competitors here, and so much great energy to go around. Class availability is great and increasing in 2023! Definetly check out this gym if you're looking to train in the area!

Amazing gym and staff!! Coach James and Cassie are top notch!! They are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. They offer many different class options if you are a lil kiddo, big kiddo, or adult. If you are interested in trying a martial art this is THE perfect place for you!!

It’s hard to put in to words how wonderful the owners and coaches are at Lycan’s Den MMA and what we’ve gained by being a part of this “Jiu Jitsu community” they’ve built. My daughter has been training with Coach James for almost 8 years. Over the years he has taught her more than just Jiu jitsu, helping her grow into a more confident and well-rounded person. If you want to train at a place where everyone feels like family, Lycan’s Den is the place to be! Best in C-U!

Lycans Den MMA is amazing. I tried out some other places and the staff at Lycans Den MMA are way better than all the others. The classes are great and the other members are great people and a blast to train with. You won't be disappointed in becoming a member at Lycans Den MMA.

If you’re looking for a place to train Jiu Jitsu and/or other mixed martial arts this is absolutely your place. The coaches are amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and you feel like you’re part of a family. My 9 year old daughter has been training at Lycans Den for almost 2 years and the growth my wife and I have seen from her is amazing. Not only physically, but mentally as well. Hard work, work ethic, respect, discipline, family and giving everything you have each and every day is what Lycans Den is all about. Highly recommend!!

The absolute best gym in area offers everything jiu jitsu for adults and kids ,MMA fighters interested in competing, to Muy Thai and kickboxing classes, come in and try it what’s the worst that could happen(other then you get a little beat up but that’s apart of the process👍) …
