The campus is spacious and beautiful however when it came to my experience with dealing with the staff, mainly the front desk, and Ms. Heidi Cordes, I am not impressed. Heidi is rude, nasty, condescending and some of the people who work behind the frontdesk don't seem to know what they are doing. On four different occasions I received inaccurate information. Terrible customer service and I am glad my children will not be attending here after all of the hassles I've encountered with these people!!!!!It’s been a while but I found out Heidi is no longer employed here. Hmmmm, I wonder why? Good riddance!!!

The YMCA is for youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The new aquatics director has become unacceptably critical. Children can earn rings to be able to go into the deep pool for swimming. The director attempted to nullify the rings of multiple children who had earned the rings fair and square under previous management. The director criticized the lifeguards that are supposedly under their supervision for handing out such rings to employee's children. It was completely uncalled for. The saddest part is that it impacts the children in a negative way contrary to the YMCA philosophy of youth development. On top of that, it discourages them to healthy living since any earned expectation can be taken away just because management changed. Such actions encourage social isolation since there is no way to appeal such a decision and running away from the problem is the only way to get away from the intended stressor.

Have taken several classes here and it's always been a pleasant and positive experience. Love all the options and things you can do here! From bringing our children for swim lessons to working out and just having fun on the climbing wall.

Very nice newer YMCA with several cariovascular options. Good amount of weight lifting options as well. Wonderful aquatics center with several swim lanes. Also has a 30' indoor climbing wall and a dry sauna. Wonderful locker room, yet showers tend to run cold. You push a button to activate the water then it goes on forever. Two very nice studios and a bike studio as well. Great place and well worth the visit.
