Nice plane with a good pool and high quality workout equipment. Everything is relatively new, and the staff is very nice and helpful.

They just required masks again regardless of vaccination status. I’m vaccinated, I don’t want to wear a mask, but I will happily do it because it’s required. However it’s not enforced AT ALL. At least 40% of people wear it down below their chin or not at all for their entire workout (not to just catch a breath or take a sip of water). Don’t make it a requirement if it’s not going to be enforced.

I canceled my membership a couple of month ago but they charged me again so I stopped by to take care of this matter. This staff at the desk was not kind at all asking what what over and over again in a very rude tone. She said that there’s nothing that she could do. Okay… so then who should I talk to? I always had nice experience with this place for years but not today.
